Description

NOTE: If you are trying to order this book because of a link in 8/2/2017 issue of The Sovereign Investor Daily, there was a typo in that newsletter. The coupon code for a $5 discount was not supposed to be for this ebook but for my latest ebook, Your House Is Under Arrest, 2nd edition. The text that I approved read: “Go online to: https://brendagrantland.com/product/your-house-is-under-arrest-2nd-edition to download the 246-page book in pdf form.” At checkout use the coupon code from The Sovereign Investor Daily to get a $5 discount. The coupon code does not apply to this $3 ebook.

Unless you have recently had property seized and need to know what to do, you probably don’t want this book. It is strictly limited to answering questions forfeiture victims have. Your House Is Under Arrest is the book that describes how forfeiture works, how it can affect anyone, no matter how innocent, and what you can do to protect yourself as best you can.

Expanded 2nd Edition by Brenda Grantland (c) 11/1/2016

Available in all Ebook formats, including mobi (for Kindle) and epub (for Nook, iPad, tablets, and most other e-Readers), and full size pdf (to read on your computer if you don’t have an e-reader or tablet).  All proceeds from the sale of this ebook go to Forfeiture Endangers American Rights Foundation.

This e-book was written to answer the questions forfeiture victims have immediately after their property is seized, while they are looking for a forfeiture lawyer.  The first section of the book is written in a Question and Answer format. It explains in simple terms the federal forfeiture process – civil and criminal. It explains how to apply for a court-appointed forfeiture attorney (in the limited circumstances where that is available), and what to do if forced to represent yourself. The second section of the book consists of federal civil and criminal forfeiture procedural statutes and rules. Because each of the 50 states have their own forfeiture laws, this book does not cover state forfeiture.
